Representing six regional dishes from six Chinese cities, the design is also highlighted by a wood-grain Swoosh to callout chopsticks, while porcelain bowls are represented by the sockliner. The copper toe box instead recalls boiling chili oil, while the Chinese character for ‘food’ appears on the heel.
